What these terms cover

These terms cover the public CoPatch website and its free early-access waitlist, provided by the CoPatch team. They do not govern use of the desktop product, a beta program, or a future paid service. Any separate product terms will be presented before you join or purchase that service.

Joining the waitlist

Joining is free and records your interest in CoPatch. It is not a purchase or a guarantee of an invitation, a launch date, or particular features. Product plans and previews may change as development continues.

Submit an email address you control. Joining requests a confirmation email and CoPatch launch updates. You can unsubscribe from launch updates using the unsubscribe option in those emails.

Use the site responsibly

Do not submit someone else’s address without permission, send spam or abusive submissions, impersonate another person, or attempt to disrupt the site or gain unauthorized access to its systems or records.

Branding and website content

CoPatch branding, designs, and website content remain with their respective rights holders. Browsing the site does not transfer ownership or give permission to present yourself as CoPatch or imply an endorsement.

Your choices and other services

Optional measurement is a separate choice, not a condition of joining the waitlist or accepting these terms. Read our Cookie Policy and use Cookie settings to allow, decline, or withdraw it.

Hosting, database, and email providers help us operate the site. Their privacy information is linked in the Cookie Policy. External websites and platforms may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Updates

We may update these website terms as the site or waitlist changes. The date above identifies the current version. A change here does not sign you up for a paid service or replace any separate product agreement.
